Bank Statement requirements for visa student

Hi everyone!

I’m an undergraduate international student who has been accepted by Queens College in New York. Going through the visa process, they’re asking me The Bank Statement and Tax Return of my sponsor (my mother), but actually she doesn’t have her private Bank Statement and Tax Return, but just as owner of our family company. Can American colleges accept Bank Statements and Tax Return from parents’ company? What are the other alternatives that I have?

Where you based? Can her bank issue you a letter stating she has the funds to cover your expenses? That’s what I did for my kid
