that’s ok!! and thank youu!!!
I applied to a lot of other schools already (now I’m relieved that I don’t have to do a lot of work), but I’m thinking of ED2ing somewhere? I have a few options for ED2 in mind but I’d have to decide in 2 weeks so…
Yeah, I’ve considered that too. ED2 is also binding right?
congrats!!
love the school that loves you back and all that stuff
Im so happy!! I got in! Was not expecting it… I cried for an hour before the results. My heart goes out to everyone deferred/rej some of you guys probably deserve it more than me
Don’t say that; you totally deserve it! Congratulations!!! <3
Me too girl. Barnard just wasn’t for us. xo
I got deferred - for others who got deferred, how likely do you think our chance at admission will be? They only deferred 10%, accepted 29%
Where are these stats coming from?
I saw a website which also posted some stats from the ED decisions
what’s the website if you don’t mind me asking?
Yes, it is binding. Don’t feel pressured to ED2 just because you have that option. There are a few EA options still out there that are not binding. That will let you consider all of your options.
Retired from Sad, New Career in Business is my fave album tbh
I was in the 10% deferred omg :,))) I am going to write in so much. Honestly, you guys are so similar to me this is so funny how we all found this.
Last year was 50% acceptance rate. This year is much harder.
Last year 24% of ED were accepted (292 of 1,221 applicants), this year 29%.
Not sure where 50% is coming from?
What will be harder this year, is RD. If the total applications are in the same ballpark as last year, only 3% of RDs will be admitted.
Same! Does anyone know what the chance of acceptance for deferred
People who got rejected or deferred, where else are you applying??
