hey guys! im someone who got off the waitlist before the deadline and honestly my advice is definitely dont give up and send as many materials as possible. i think what made me stand out was that i sent way more than just a letter of rec!!! wishing you guys the best!!! u got this

Hey! I’m new here, on the Barnard waitlist. So far I’ve sent one LOCI, and about to send another. Had some Qs about sending additional Letters of Rec - do you know if you can just attach the letter in your email, or if you should get your teacher to send it into the admissions office separately?
Also, I’m in CA - AO Lili Brown. I’m hearing most others from CA have already heard from her, ahh! Anyone else still waiting?

Did you get your new recommendations from “core subject” teachers or from advisors, coaches, etc? On their website they say that they suggest getting additional LORs from someone with a different perspective from your first LORs. I’m thinking of getting additional LORs from my DECA advisor, AP Lit teacher, and AP Gov teacher. Would those be good options or no?

do you guys think there will be another wave? it’s pretty strange that they haven’t accepted after decision day
how did you have them submit? did they send it as a separate email directly to the waitlist email account?

If you’re sending LOCIs, should you send it to the waitlist email or your AO? Or both?
i sent mine to just the waitlist email but idk
