Does the Barron's 2009 book actually help? I've read that it's harder than the actual ACT, but is that a good thing? I got the book before reading reviews and I've already written in it so I can't really return it now. I'd appreciate any suggestions on which parts of the book I should read and which parts to skip. I'm taking the test next month so depending on money and score, I might take it again. Also, what are the pros and cons of sending both SAT and ACT scores?

I really like Barron's for math and science.
