Recently, I bought the Barron's ACT Review Guide 2009 edition, and I was wondering what level of difficulty greater or less it is compared to the real ACT. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

Barrons is rumored to be much more difficult than the actual. One of my friends scored 30 on the Barrons practice test only to 34 when the real test came around

Barron’s is harder, yes, but in the English and Math sections in can be irrelevant to the actual test. If you are using this book, I highly recommend using the REAL ACT Prep Guide or Kaplan’s ACT to balance out your skills.

Princeton Review’s book is also good as a complement.

Okay, thank you so much! I’m using the Kaplan software along with it this week. Best of luck to all :)
