I always score 32~33 on practise tests from the red book or on the ones i find online. But i scored less than 30 on the new barrons act book (author: brian stewart). Does someone know if its harder than those? How do you think it compares to the actual test in terms of difficulty? Thanks

Those prep books are completely junk. I ran through the Barron’s ACT guide beforehand and it is, for the most part, unlike the actual test. You should not use the book for prep.
What do I recommend? Take all 5 tests in the red book, especially science test in the fifth practice test.
I scored 34, 33, 34, 35, 35 on those, and a 35(.25) on the December ACT this year.
