Hello!
I intend to sit for the upcoming ACT test. I found an Barron’s ACT 14th edition (2007) in a library near to my home. However, I was wondering if it would be wise to follow and go through the book. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
I used a 2014 edition of Barron’s to study for my ACT last October, and I got a 36 composite. The ACT changed in 2015, but Google says that it was changed in terms of how scores are reported and the other information included in the report, not in terms of what you need to know. I used a book published before the change and did just fine, and I’m sure you can too!
Did you try the sample model tests included in the book? If yes, how much were you scoring in average?
I also used Barron’s and got a 36. I definitely think it helped my math and science scores at least and I would for sure recommend using it.
