Barrons Chemistry compared to the real thing

So how difficult or easy are the barrons chem. tests compared to the actual tests? I'm currently getting mid to high 700s in the barrons tests. How much should those scores translate to for the Saturday test? And is the curve in barrons book much too lenient?

what is the page number for the curve in barron’s ? I can’t find it

You can find one on page 307. The solutions of the questions from practice tests are immediately followed by the curve.

curve is accurate i think.
but the tests are harder. and different from the ones in the real test

Bump. 10chars

ok did anyone find the math to be a lot more difficult than in the real thing? I can’t really do the math in the practice tests without a calculator, and seeing as we can’t use a calculator…

you can use a calculator in the mathIIC

^ umm we’re talking about chem lol
thanks though?

haha. More than the numerical problems themselves, I find the TF questions much more harder.

Yea, the TF questions on Barrons are VERY hard. Everyone who has studied off Barons says that the TF questions on the real test are very easy.
