Has anyone tried it or used it? I'm considering getting it, basically I'm getting around 600s on practice tests and want to get 700 in CR by the time October 6th hits. Is this possible? I'm also memorizing the Sparknotes 1000 word list.

Also for anyone that's used Barron's 2400, are the tips for CR helpful?

I finished using the Barrons CR Workbook and I felt it was really worth it.
There's not much strategies in it. It's all practice, practice, practice.
There's also explanations for every question, so that helps too.
Once I finished using it, I felt a lot more cognizant of the things I needed to look for to answer each question.
In addition, when I noticed the 800 word vocab list in the workbook, I initially neglected it, but after actually studying it, it helps a lot.
They're broken down into 10 word chunks and each word is accompanied by a sentence using the word, and it's been helping me a ton. Very useful.
I'd say it's definitely possible to reach at least 700 by October if you really focus.

Now that I've finished the workbook, I started Barrons 2400 today.
Starting off with CR, I haven't gotten very far, but so far I'm not too impressed.
The sentence completion strategies were still pretty common sense - stuff I knew already. I'm only about 40 pages into it so I can't say it's not worth it.
