Barrons math level 2

What score on Barrons is equalivent to an 800 on the actual test?
Is a 700 on Barrons ok?

Missing about ~10 questions is roughly equivalent to a borderline 800 on the real test I would think.

Yeah people say high-600’s and low 700’s are pretty good on Barrons. I used to get 700-740 on Barrons and I’m expecting ~780 on the May test… results will be out soon (fingers crossed!). That said, I think the May test was really hard, there were some questions from topics not even covered in Barrons…

omg, I just took the diag nostic and got 640… about 29 rihght, 4 wrong, 17 omit, how accurate is this compared to the real test? and where can I find practice questions for the real test?

I got 640 on diagnostic and I think the highest I got on a test was maybe 700. I just got my test scores and I got a 770 so I think it’s maybe 50-100 pts below the real thing

The first two barrons tests i took I got 740 the most recent two i took I got 700’s should i take a Princeton test or just like make a list of everything i got wrong and review what i don’t know.

I got a 630, two 650s and 670 on Barron’s and I got a 770 on the real thing in May.

Congratulations though does anyone have any recommendations on how i should further study I hate the apparent regression

@jeffisaboss For stats and regression, the easiest method is to know your graphing calculator inside and out. Figure out how to calculate regression lines, r coefficients, etc on whatever calculator you have. If you google hard enough you can find methods for doing just about everything math2 related either preinstalled on your calculator or (if you are using a ti calc) apps that you can download.
Is getting a 710 (missed 10 omitted 3) on the barrons diagnostic a good thing or not. I’m aiming for an 800 so…

I’d say a 710 on barron’s is great…

It depends on which practice test you took. The last one in Barron’s is much more difficult than the other ones.

IMO, the barrons diagnostic is a little easier than the other barrons practice tests. An 800 is attainable though.

Should I still get Barron’s SAT Subject Test Level 2, 10th Edition, if I plan on taking it in 2014? (Just concerned if it’s still up-to-date with the material and format since it was published in 2012)

^Should be. An early start always helps.

@sonofgod908 try to stay above 700 in the barrons tests.
