I took a couple practice tests in Barrons for the Math II SAT Subject Test and I've been getting around low 700s...I was wondering if there's any chance I can get an 800 on the real thing. I know Barrons is usually harder t?han the real test but can my score really jump from around a 720 on the practice test to an 800 on the real SAT test? Any opinions would be awesome. Thanks

Bump, I want to know this as well.

I’d say ~740, 750 on Barron’s has a high chance of getting 800 on the real. I was getting ~8-12 wrong on Barron’s (so ~740-760) but got 800 on the real.

Also you have to see what type of questions you’re getting wrong. If its like conics or imaginary roots, then you should be fine as the real one rarely tests you on that. (I don’t think conics/ellipses was on the May one). But if you’re getting functions/trig questions wrong, your shot at 800 may be lower.

Do you have access to the real sample tests from either BBs? Try those out. They will give you a more accurate representation of what you’re going to get. Nevertheless, there is always a nice curve for Math II.
