<p>So I had recently done some of the practice SAT reading passages in the Barron's Critical Reading Workbook and I've found one of the passages pretty boring (an excerpt adopted from a novel). So I was wondering if the actual SAT reading passages (especially with the excerpt adpoted from a novel or conversational passages) will be as boring as the Barron's SAT.</p>

<p>SAT CR passages are almost always extremely boring.</p>
<p>So far I know actual SAT is exactly similar to the Barrons Text book. Passages may not be same but they are more or less taken from the novels or history.In fact actual exam is more hard then it is given in Barrons book. Why don’t you see the Nova’s book. It is informed there … hope it helped…</p>
