I have Insider's Essential Guide to SAT CR and Vocabs, basically better version of Essential 500 and Direct Hits + CR chapters.

I am taking SAT in March...and even though I looked at the book to study vocabs before the test, I forgot most of the vocabs, yet 2 of the vocabs in the book showed up in the book.
I feel like the flashcards are a waste of time, I sort of like them because they are pre-made flashcards that I can bring to school and on the bus...

Should I just focus on the book? I am only on number 250 out of 600 vocabs...and I haven't even LOOKED at the CR sections.

I bought them, my kids ignored them, and both did great on that section.

Your mileage may vary, of course.

EDIT: I reread your post. If you particularly do poorly on this, I feel differently about it. Flashcards are fast, can be done in a car or whenever you have a few minutes, and would add to your arsenal. Neither of my kids had particular problems on that part, and they focused on other things.

Well 2/3 of my incorrects on CR were vocabs. I could’ve gotten a 760 if I got all the vocabs right.
But I have that book which is guranteed to hit more words on the test.

The flashcards are good but that way I won’t be able to remember words in the book.
And I have quizlet on my phone to use instead of these cards.

It sounds like you have it covered, then… if quizlet is good.

Yea, if I want to study vocabs outside of the book, quizlet will do it for me. I don’t have much time so I have to use it efficiently.

Which quizlet set are you using? I’m in the same situation as you haha

Just go search for direct hits words or something.
