BARUCH COLLEGE! Im stressing so much!

<p>Hey guys please tell me my chances at baruch college, here are my stats:</p>

<ul>
<li>Gpa (UW) 87.25</li>
<li>Gpa (W) 91.12
Rank: 170/417
Sat Scores: 1190/1600, 1790/2400
I have taken regents level classes for my first 3 years at high school, Im on a upward scale:
Freshman year- 80
Soph- 85
Junior- 93
Senior- should be 90 (takign it a little easy this year)</li>
</ul>

<p>My senior classes:
- Principles of marketing (elective, probably regents level)
- Math Precalc (regents level)
- Contemperary Business (College level, scale)
- English (College level, scale)
- Physics (regents)
- Physical education (need it to graduate sigh..)</p>

<p>My expected grades in the classes:
- POM- 97-100
- Precalc- 95-100
- Business- 95
- English- 80-90
- Physics- 80-90
- Pe- 80-90</p>

<p>1st quarter I will have about a 88-90 average, second will be higher, like 90-95. then i will maintain 90 for other 2 quarters.</p>

<p>My College essay is fairy average, its written on how i found horticulture club and challenges faced.</p>

<p>My recomendation should be good, its 2 pages and my teacher is writing a really good one, second part of it is on this research project for the cardle of aviation museum i am workign on with her.</p>

- member Chess club (grades 9-12)
- member World of Difference club (grade 12)
- member Future business leaders of america (grade 12)
- Vice president for Finance on junior achievement ny islanders program (we design offical team merchandise, market it, sell it, and i am also in charge of money, banking, stocks, and the budget)
- Research project and presentation about history fo flight for cradle of aviation museum.
- Math and Science tutor (grades 9-12)
- Volunteered at nassau university medical center (hospital) for a summer </p>

<p>What do u guys think? My friends are saying I will definetly get accepted but they all think baruch si easy to get into, im not sure. I will send out my app and supps in 2 weeks. Please tell me what you guys think!</p>

<p>Unless you are applying to the Honors college, you will not need an essay and the ECs do not matter. If you are applying to the Honors college, your GPA and SAT scores are on the low end:</p>

<p>avg sat score 1405</p>

<p>you should apply now instead of waiting 2 weeks because baruch is rolling admissions and apps are processed on a first come first served basis and apps are going in daily. You can use the on line application and if you know your OSIS # (school id # if you attend a NYC dept of ed school), you will not even need to send a transcript as they will pull the transcript for you. You cna apply to mulitple programs at brauch (remember you get 6 choices for your $65), hopefully this will increase your chances.</p>

<p>If you do it now, you could have a decision back before the holidays.</p>
