<p>Does anyone know why the baseball coach is leaving KP after less than 2 years? He just recruited his first group and will not see them even play one game. After sweeping CG last year in a 3 games series (can any other team claim that?) and re-energizing the KP team, he is now leaving. Can anything be done to keep him?</p>

<p>The coach told the team at the "Meet the Coaches" meeting Tuesday.</p>
<p>just speculation, but probably moving on to greener pastures. KP is not known to pay it's coaches any sum worth writing home about so he may have found a better job in an area with a lower cost of living (which is just about anywhere else)</p>
<p>Players said he was very upset about leaving and that he didn't want to go. This was his first recruited class and he was anxious to see them play. He was KP first full time baseball coach.</p>
<p>Did he have an assistant coach? I'm assuming they have the time to look for a replacement. He looked vey young, like this was his first real job.</p>
