<p>For the 1st question, common app asks for the Prefix (Mr. Ms. Dr.) already then later they ask for Counselor’s Title.</p>

<p>Not sure, but details like that hardly matter.</p>
<p>^ I’m guessing either “college counselor” or “guidance counselor” etc. just the position that your GC has.</p>
