The Bates website says it will notify ED1 applicants “by Dec. 20.” In past years, did people hear before then? Are you notified by mail or email or some other means?
They notify you by email to check your portal.
No one but Bates admissions knows for sure, but…
Last year the decisions came out on the 16th, which was the Saturday after exams ended. This year exams end on the 14th, so it’s possible they’ll release them on the 15th. Last year on the 15th Bates admissions sent out this tweet: “EDI candidates, remember to check your application portal tomorrow!
