Which is better for a female applicant (my sister's friend). I have been convincing her to attend Villanova but she isalso looking into the other prestigious main line PA colleges.
So which is the most and has the best academics while also somewhat fun?

Villanova University
Haverford
Bryn Mawr

Villanova is by far the biggest presence on the main line and I feel like nova dominates the other ones. If you dont want to go to the superpower and want a more personal feel than maybe one of the other colleges

There’s also Swarthmore, which probably is the most well respected, but is notoriously not a lot of fun. Academically I’d say Haverford is the strongest, but not by much; all the schools are pretty much on the same level. Swarth/Haverford/Bryn are all tiny where Nova is much larger; I think campus visits will make or break the college for her.
