@Chrane03 We applied through common app on 10/17 and got acceptance on 10/29. We did not apply for honor college, so don’t know about that.
EA deadline is Nov2, so you dont have much time.

@Chrane03 Yes! You can apply to Baylor with the Common App and apply to the Honors College through your go baylor account. Best to you!
@Classof20212025 you got your decision so quickly, wow! I applied 10/26 and would love to get my decision back soon. I have very similar stats as you. Except I did not attend a private school. That scholarship is also amazing, congrats!
@Chrane03 As others have said, you can submit on CA even if you already have a goBAYLOR account. That’s what I did (created goBAYLOR back in August and submitted app on 10/26) and my submitted app appeared on goBAYLOR within a few hours.
Also I love the profile pic!!
Accepted with a large scholarship! From IL private/catholic school, 2 AP and 4 honors classes, 33 SS, 98.41 W, strong ecs (job, gymnastics, varsity tennis, leader of club, raised thousands for charity, etc)
Yay! Congratulations @ajwetzel
Its certainly a huge relief to have an acceptance this early in the admissions process.
@norcalfre @Swammom @CollegeBoundBrit Thanks for the help!
Congrats @ajwetzel !! Can I ask when you applied?
Did anyone use the baylor app to submit their freshman application? Because I did a long time back and have not heard back from them : (
@CollegeBoundBrit i applied on 9/29 and heard back 10/29. I applied on the website. When I found out ppl got their acceptance at the premier webinar, I signed up for one. Got an update email two days after. Not sure if it’s a coincidence! Hope you find out soon!
@Anonymousllama02 I applied on the website and got a decision recently. I think it had something to do with me signing up for a zoom. I recommend trying that! I also applied on 9/29 and heard back exactly a month later
Thank you so much for the quick response @ajwetzel! I tried looking for the Baylor premiere everyone has been talking about but I don’t think it’s there on the website anymore. What zoom session did you attend?
Congrats!! If you don’t mind me asking how did you receive so soon after your application submission? @Classof20212025
@ncelotto
good luck! Not sure why you havent received a letter yet.
I have no idea! I submitted EA and received decision about a week after. Maybe it was score stats but maybe it was just being oss or diverse? Where your stats close to mine and when did you submit? Good luck!! PS I also submitted mine directly to Baylor NOT the CA
@ajwetzel Congrats! ot sure how I got my letter so early. I have heard about that zoom thing but never did it. Also there is a Facebook page for accepted students if anyone is interested!
@JenR8R I totally get that!! Ohio winter is not fun either.
Yes, my stats are almost the same as yours except for test scores, number of APs, and GPA. I am also OOS, don’t know why I haven’t received anything yet. Btw are you applying to the honors college and did you get your scholarship notification along with the decision? Did you get an email or letter? @Classof20212025
@Anonymousllama02 it wasn’t the premiere actually. I signed up for a student life zoom and about two days after I got an email about an update. I still don’t know if that is the reason why I got my decision lol!
@Anonymousllama02 I am applying to the honors college. Tbh GPA APs and testscores are big factors so thats probably why you did not hear. (If you didnt submit test than GPA will be a lot more important.) I got an email but you also get something in the mail I think. You look under the financial tab once you are accepted. I got an 80,000 presidents scholarship.
