<p>6 is A when i first did i got it wrong i misread the question i took positive number in account as only even and ended up getting D...E doesnt work because its now a square root and if you find the Square root of 121 you will get 11, which is only multiplied by itself and one..While from B-D all the numbers can be multiplied by itself 1 and another few numbers...I hope this made sense i got it wrong at first as well until i re-read the question and understood it..</p>

The number cannot be even, otherwise the number would have a factor of 2. So B and C are out. We have to ask ourselves what the factors of 81 and 121 are. 81 is divisible by 3, so C is out. The answer is thus A</p>

<p>We know the second part is 2200. The first part is 40 % of the voting age population. .4 * 2500 = 1000</p>
<p>1000 / 2200 = 10 / 22 = 5 / 11</p>
<p>The answer is 5 / 11</p>
