I can’t decide between these two schools! I know they’re so different from each other, but I really love each one. BC has a strong sense of community and spirit and great academics. But NYU is in New York City, with so many opportunities and things to do! My biggest worry is that BC is too familiar - I’m from the area, and I feel like I want a change. Help please, the deadline is approaching fast!

Sounds like you’re already leaning towards NYU :)

But BC has so much too! I want to be a history teacher (I’ve been accepted to NYU Steinhardt) and both schools are equally great for that. I could see myself happy at either.

How did it come out financially? My brother goes to NYU and I plan on going to BC, and I think he gets more money than me.
Btw, are you a boy or a girl? Because at NYU a lot of boys aren’t… the most masculine, I guess is what you could say.

I’m a guy. Finances aren’t an issue, I got good money from both.

This is a call YOU have to make, based on where you would like to spend four years and the collegiate experience that you seek. Besides Manhattan, NYU is an urban campus and all that goes with it – good, bad and indifferent. BC is suburban, has great school spirit, and is a self-contained campus.
