Hi I am looking for some advice and a reality check in regards to applying to phD program for BE or CHEMBE.

I currently am a rising senior Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering undergrad at JHU and have a cumulative GPA of 3.6. My major GPA is about a 3.7. In my last three semesters I haven't had a GPA below 3.7. I have 3 solid research experiences and am continuing to add to my resume. I am just wondering how and if I can compete with the cream of the crop that is going to be applying to MIT, Stanford, Penn, etc.

I'm sort of worried that my gpa lacks and that it will hold me back. In addition I have yet to have a publication. Can anyone who has applied or is applying fill me in on how they feel about my chances or let me know how they feel about their own stats in regards to acceptances into graduate school? Thanks.
