<p>My Gpa is about a 3.1 ( with a pretty heavy courseload)
My Sat 1 : 2100
SAT 2: 750 wrld hist , 700 bio M</p>

<p>I've done a lot of extra curricular activities....</p>

<p>well for starters, i have taken multiple community college courses while still in highschool:</p>

<p>philosophy B</p>

<p>Speech B</p>

<p>Biotech summer institute 2005 ( includes class and internship ) A</p>

<p>MY OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:</p>

<p>write for the local newspaper ( city newspaper not school)</p>

<p>play girls tennis like #2 JV ( 4 YEARS )</p>

<p>volunteer for kaiser permanente </p>

<p>intern for john dutra campaign for state senate</p>

<p>volunteer at local elementary school for about 3 years </p>

<p>SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS AND COMMITED ACTIVITIES:</p>

<p>4 years of classical instrument</p>

<p>4 years of singing</p>

<p>6 YEARS of traditional dancing</p>

<p>Part of a low income family + parents have not completed much academically</p>

<p>Any chances in UC DAVIS? please be realistic --------- not nice--------- </p>

<p>Slight reach. sorry girl, 3.1 kills your chances. If it was a bit higher, your chances would greatly improve.</p>

<p>3.1 weighted? how is that a heavy courseload, you're obviously really smart because you got a 2100 on your SAT but why is your weighted so low, are you sure you're not confusing it with your unweighted.</p>

<p>The UCs love low income, first generation students. However, they are very numbers based.</p>

<p>3.1 weighted GPA + 2100 SAT? Unfortunately, that has slacker written all over it. Davis will be a bit of a reach.</p>
