tests taken so far:

i'm very confident that my SAT scores will be about 2000
and SAT 2 total will prolly be around 730 each</p>

<p>If you get straight A's junior year, all the UC's you listed should be matches. If you are willing to try hard to continue your EC's, Davis should be no problem at all.
You can also try to get 2150+ on SATI to increase your chances if you are really that worried.</p>
