<p>I love the viewpoint of the blog! I’ve been on campus as a freshman parent a few times since last April. Every time its been a bit overwhelming. Next time I’m going to slow down to notice the details. Thanks for sharing the link. :)</p>
<p>BrooklyninOh, I’m glad you enjoyed the blog, too. And I hope your freshman son is
having a terrific time at Rice. Spring term freshman year seems to whiz by with a stronger sense of how the wheels turn, how best to manage time, etc. I haven’t been on campus since Families Weekend, freshman year … I hope to get there before graduation.</p>
<p>I’m still discovering new things going on year 6 here! I love the new rec center, and just saw some of the new research center on main. Very impressive!</p>
