Does anyone have info on being an RA at Lafayette? What is the process to become one? Is being an RA stressful? Which year is the earliest that a student can be an RA? Are there ever situations that get out ofhand and require assistance from other RAs or campus security? Any information that anyone has would be appreciated.
I do not believe anyone can be a RA as a freshman. The school holds information sessions and has an application process for those who wish to be considered for RA positions. https://calendar.lafayette.edu/node/30919 RA positions are competitive.
