before going oversea

since i wont be able to attend the regular orientation, i will only attend the internationals one that is one week before regular classes start, how do all of u know how to pick ur classes?

and what do u guys bring overseas for the first time?
clothes? laptop?
what about sheet, pillow, blankets? do u guys buy it over there or bring it?

Which college are you going to?

thats the same for me. Warwick's orientation is a week before school starts, so I'm basically taking my clothes, labtops and just stuff I might need for the stay (watch, camera, cell phone, and etc). For like sheets and pillows, Warwick provides sheets and etc, but im bringing my pillow since i am very picky where i put my head. LOL

PS what school are you going and where do you live currently?

i'm going to san diego state U
and i'm gonna be in taiwan until aug 20th when i go there

well for internationals that is teh way things are done and all wud be explained to you in the internationals orientation .. the university knws intels wont be able to come over to the reg domestic student orientation and thats the reason why there is the special seperate intel orientation..

As of what to bring.. i suggest u go to the college life forum and have a look at the exhaustive what to bring to college list and u wont be left asking for anything more over what and what not to bring to college

SM

well the thing is i'm supposed to register for classes july 14th
since classes are taken very early and spaces are limited

but the thing is not going through college orientation about how to choose classes i'm kinda lost at the moment @_@
i look through the online class catalog n i got no idea
