Being a minority at Villanova

Hey I’m just wondering how it is to be a minority in Villanova. I know the school is predominantly white but is life there any different as a minority. (African American, Latino, Asian etc)

villanova essentially is more than 60% white with a known title of “Vanillanova”

Yeah well 63% of the US is white…

I am aware of Villanova’s demographics. I just want to see how life on campus is for a minority. Do they feel different than a white person would at the school. Are they treated differently? Do they encounter mistreatment and so on

@jstarling28 I have a son who attends Villanova now. The campus is a very welcoming and inclusive place from what he has told me. The Augustinian values in which the school was founded makes the community a very positive place to live and learn. I don’t think you should worry at all about attending Villanova.
