Being a premed at princeton in 2016 after rescinding grade deflation policy?

Any other interested premeds here for the class of 2020 at princeton?
If only it wasn’t for the stupid grading at princeton I would be so set on going…
I know that the grade deflation policy has ended, but does that really improve things? I heard many professors still really dont like giving out As… So doesn’t the fact that the policy isn’t there anymore to explain the lower grades on transcripts (no excuse) mean things are still bad or might even be worse now?
Any current princeton premeds here willing to shed some light? I read a bunch of posts from the previous years about this, but couldn’t find much up to date information…

Son is not a premed, but has taken science courses and has received As. I am sure there are individual professors who are difficult graders, but in general, I believe that grades are experiencing a small bump.

However, Princeton professors expect quality work and there are few easy As. This is not a negative in my mind, and in general, I don’t think that students at Princeton spend a lot of time fretting about grading. The school has an excellent medical school acceptance rate and offers an exceptional undergraduate experience.
