Does anyone know where i can find the Berkeley appeal process? ive looked on their site but can not find it. and how is it formatted? any suggestions on how i should wright my paper for the appeal?

also, I have a horrible GPA, 3.3, and am relying on all of my extra curricular activities to speak for me, does anyone know how they weight that? i have also shown great improvement going from a 2.0 to 3.3 in one year and i have been told they care about progress, is this true?

Unless you’ve done something amazing between when you applied and now (I’m assuming you applied recently and got rejected recently) there’s no point in trying to appeal a decision. I.e. unless you’ve opened a very successful business, did AIDS research in Africa, etc. then there’s really no point in trying to appeal the decision.

With a 3.3 GPA, you’re far below the average; they’ve already rejected you - appealing won’t change anything. Unless you have outstanding/impressive/groundbreaking new information to present them, you’re wasting both your time and their time.

I agree, you just have to move on. In general (unless you are a recruited athlete) ECs become important only after a student has met a schools academic qualifications.
