<p>I am a female planning on being en EE major at UC Berkeley in the fall.
I have to sign up for housing in the next few days, so I am trying to figure out where to live. I think I want to live in Foothill because it's quiet, nicer rooms, nicer environment, and close to engineering buildings. However, I've also heard that the people there are antisocial, so I was thinking about the WiSE dorm? I have a friend who lives in it and she likes it but I am looking for a second opinion.
(Was also thinking that WiSE would be a guaranteed ticket into Foothill, which would be good cause apparently people dont often get their first choice?)
