berkeley email account?

<p>It says on my main page I can create a Berkeley email account 2 days after I submit my SIR. Two days have passed, but I can't figure out where to go to create it. Does anyone know?</p>

<p>Newly-admitted students please note! It will take at least 2 days, and can take as many as 4 days, after you SIR to be able to log in successfully - don't be discouraged if your login doesn't work right away!</p>

<p>Do we need to send in our SIR payment before we can get a Berkeley email address? I submitted the SIR but I picked the option of mailing the $100.</p>
