berkeley freshman admissions process document

<p>so while googling (<3 google) something about engineering acceptance rates, i happened to find this massive (76 pages!) document someone wrote analyzing the process. i didn't read the whole thing (i have a life haha), but i skimmed through it and thought others might find it interesting. </p>

<p>Thanks. I took a quick skim too. The analysis is on the 2004/2005 admits. S1 was a Spring Admit that year, so it definitely has some interest to me.</p>

<p>One part that I thought was interesting is that there is a point in the process where a candidate may be compared to other candidates who have been accepted from the same high school. </p>
