Berkeley Housing

Where is everyone planning on living? If you already go to Berkeley, or know anything about the different options, what do think is the best option? Btw, is a "residence hall" the same thing as a dorm? I don't want to live in a dorm, but I do want to be really close to campus, and around other students. Anything information would be appreciated, as I'm a little in the dark with where I should begin.

Co-ops co-ops co-ops!!!
http://www.bsc.coop/

you should have called them like Yesterday (try calling doc Brown to see if he lets you borrow his Delorean)
as a UCLA student is embarrassing that we dont offer this. This is the one part where I wished UCLA could be more like Cal…

Who should I have called? Why exactly?

Ok I’ll check out the co-ops, thank you.

trying to make a joke… Dr. Emmett Brown (played by Christopher Lloyd) from the back to the future movies. I made a reference about calling yesterday, hence the need for the Time Machine.

@Dagoberto‌

Ha I got that but I thought you might have been serious about that I should have called yesterday…but I guess not.

Thanks for the link though, co-op could be a good idea.

But you should still call ASAP, the co-ops do have a waiting list

What do you suggest in regard to off campus (but close proximity) housing?

All I know is that housing in Berkeley is really expensive… Co-ops are one of the few Oasis…
