-Does anyone know what this is?
-I don’t want them to send me anything unless I know what they’re sending.
-Any past new students received any gifts??

The schools usually have some little thing they like to send. CNR had branded zip drives or something like that. If it was coming from an outside company, I’d advise you to take a pass: that “free” freshman goodie will mean a LIFETIME of marketing emails from them.
