I have couple questions for previous Berkeley Engineering students who attended T-Prep.
What will we do during T-PREP(Transfer Pre-Engineering Program)?
It is worth to attend?
Where did you live during T-PREP?
I live in San Diego, so if I am going I am staying there for at least one year.
Please give me some insight.
:x
Hey. I made an account just to respond to your post, sorry it’s a bit late. Yes, it’s worth it. It’s the best decision I ever made as far as Berkeley is concerned. If you attend T-PREP, you will be housed in dorms with your T-PREP cohort for the duration of the program. What you do is varied but the program helps prepare you for one or more classes (depends on your major), introduces you to the campus and culture, and most importantly it gives you the opportunity to make friends with approximately 40 incoming Berkeley engineering transfer students. When you start classes, you will be far outnumbered by non-transfers, making it much more difficult to meet transfer students. That may not sound important to you right now, but trust me it will be.
