Does anyone know exactly how to fill in the boxes for the IGETC Subject Table if you are using AP credit to fulfill some requirements? For example, I passed Biology and Physics B and my CCC is giving me BIOL A100 and PHYS A110 & A111 (lecture & lab), so should I just put those classes down with a grade of P? If so, what semester would I choose (I took the tests in high school)?

i’m wondering this same thing. So far I just put my AP psych class in the comments box and explained that i didn’t know how else to do it. I’ll ask a counselor next week when school starts again if no one here has any idea what to do about this.

I’m not sure if I missed it the first time, but I just realized you can put the AP Exam Title (e.g., Biology) in the “Course Title” box and your score in the “Dept Name and
Course Number” box.

Before I realized this, I called and the admissions officer explained that you can just leave the boxes blank and explain yourself in the Additional Information section (what class your community college is giving you credit for, perhaps).

Just put the fact that you took the AP exam in any box. That’s what I was told by a directed of admissions at Cal.

I personally did this under course title:
“AP: Microeconomics (Score: 5)”

That’s apparently fine to do. :)

thanks. That helps a bunch =D
