Berkeley, USC, or UCSD?

I've been accepted to Berkeley, USC, and UCSD and I'm interested in eventually going to a good med school.

My major is bioengineering or chemical engineering, since I am interested in those areas.

Which of those schools should I choose? I also got in to Johns Hopkins, but I've heard their undergraduate program isn't that good (and I did not get into their BME program).

At USC, I have been awarded the Presidential Scholarship plus the Engineering Merit Scholarship and been named a Research Scholar (which means guaranteed research).
At UCSD, I am a Regents Scholar, and so I'll probably be able to do quite a bit of research.
At Berkeley, I do not have any scholarships at the moment.

"At UCSD, I am a Regents Scholar, and so I'll probably be able to do quite a bit of research." Humm, I dont see how the two correlate?

Oh, sorry, I didn't clarify. I got a letter saying that Regents Scholars get special opportunities to do research. They even had a form to apply for research as soon as I got into the school.

did u make a decision? i m kinda in same situation. UCB or UCLA for pre-med...struggling...to make a decision

uc berk or ucsd for pre-pharm.
