Berkeley's Freshmen Supplemental Form

so i know there was another thread on this but it doesnt seem like anyone's replying..so i just recieved the e-mail today and am really surprised because I'm like a super reach for berkeley and after reading the other posts about being borderline i'm just really scared i did horrible my first semester...and i'm not sure to ask who to get my recommendation from..my counselor (who sucks) or my english teacher who will write about how my writing improved and the form is due feb 17..i need help filling it out..i was wondering if i should repeat some of the information that i wrote for my personal statements in the form. thanks!!

Oh my god, i can;t believe this, i was just gonna post the same question!!!!!!!and what's inetersting is that I DID HORRIBLE on my first semestrer grades too and i'm freaking out! I have already submitted my supplemental questionnaire and a letter of recommendation. But I'm so scared about the grades! :(. I've been told that the readers are interested in knowing more about you and It's b/c we are borderline applicants and they can't make up their minds. If you search for " Supplemental questionnaire" , you'll find a lot of info on it on this website. By the way, I would go with the English teacher, but if your counselor knows you better, chose her to write the letter for you.
Best luck
P.S" I'm confused too!

thanks!..i'm confused on how to answer the questions for example one of it asks "does your high school provide adequate educational resources (such as teachers, counselors, assistance with course selection and college admission planning..etc)? If not, please explain." well my school does, so do i just put Yes. and move onto the next questions or explain how it provides it?

I didn't know this either and asked my counselor. He said that since our school provides adequate educational resources, just say Yes, It provides adequate educational resources.......b/c only if the answer is no you would have to explain it. Good luck!
