<p>join some ethnic groups…i know some asian groups like to party…they let other races in so don’t worry lol</p>
<p>um if your a guy there are organizations like “texas wranglers” and some others. i know a couple guys that are wranglers and they love it. The group basically has the brotherhood aspect of a fraternity, its also a big spirit group, they also do some community service (good to put down on resume’s) and as far as partying goes…yesss they do party haha. they usually have mixers every week or themed parties with other groups. This year for spring break, about 150 of them went down to panama city for the mtv spring break…so yeah they do partyy.</p>

<p>as far as girls they have groups like texas spirits, texas lonestars, wrangler darlins etc.</p>
<p>A girl one year ahead of my daughter told us when we were visiting (when my daughter was in high school) that she had tried out for Texas Spirits but they didn’t pick her.

<p>i havent heard of any hazing going on in the organizations listed above but i have heard of some hazing going on in some of the frats. i mean just look out for yourself and dont do anything you dont feel comfortable doing</p>
<p>UT Athletics Man - hate to break it to you, but the sports teams and clubs violate some of those rules too. </p>
<p>Maybe you should just stick to making friends in your classes.</p>
