Best AC (American Cultures) class ever?

Can't find a thread on this, so I'll go ahead and pose the question. I have yet to take an AC class in a future semester, and any comments or suggestions for interesting/ easy classes that satisfy the AC requirement would be helpful. So far I know about Anthro 2AC and ESPM 50AC. Thanks.

I say Music 26AC.
Who the heck said Anthro 2AC?
Are you sure he was in the right mind when he said that?

I second UpMagic. Music 26AC is a breeze from what I’ve heard.

Anthro 2AC with Prof. Lightfoot was easy and pretty cool. But I don’t think he teaches that class anymore, so that’s probably why people are saying **** about it.

E130AC was pretty easy, and I’m told BioE100AC was similar, albeit boring.

Do NOT take Anthro 2AC with Wilkie. That class was terrible…

E130AC is cancelled, this last spring was the last semester they were teaching it. BioE100 is not an AC class. However, it does satisfy the ethics requirement if you are a bioengineer.

Lightfoot ftw.

GWS 50 AC was pretty easy. My teacher gave us an A on everything except the final and maybe the final paper but I think she grades easy on that.

Music26AC was super easy and kind of interesting (if you’re into exploring the relationship between music and culture).

I’ve heard great things about Education 40AC.

ESPM50AC is also supposed to be incredibly easy.

IB 35 AC (Human Biological Variation) - more of a science class than a writing class. Lecture topics were really broad but interesting enough. I got around average on both midterms but ended up with an A.

BioE100 is that ethics class right? and it’s AC too?

If it is then that’s just awesome.

It’s ethics but not AC. E130AC used to be the only way to satisfy ethics and AC but that class no longer exists.

I’ll you what is NOT the best AC class ever: Sociology 3AC.

AC class with Einhorn for History - Civil War to the Present.

Absolutely phenomenal class… even if you don’t like history, she’s so enthusiastic, that you’ll love it. Not that hard of a class, but the Music AC is easier.

This one teaches you more, though and it’s ridiculously popular.
Usually only offered with her in the spring, and the class is pointless to take if she’s not the one teaching it.

Has anyone taken “ARCH110AC - The Social and Cultural Basis of Design”? I already signed up for it because the Business Admin. class I wanted was full but it is twice a week with a discussion once a week. It seems like it may be a lot of work for a past/no pass AC class but I don’t know what else to choose! That is if I still can change it. Suggestions welcome!
