Anyone know a good AC course to take? Somethig easy and interesting?

try the linguistics one. i heard good things about it.

Anthropology 2AC is interesting and easy, pity that Lightfoot isn't teaching it though because he is the best. Conkey's not too bad and she is easy.

ESPM 50AC is pretty interesting, but I'm not sure who is teaching. Spreyer is teaching right now and is pretty easy and gives Extra Credit.

PS 60 ac, is absolutely fantastic, i feel smarter when i leave the class...your mind gets expanded. it's all about political freedom, wendy brown teaches it.

Sadly, Litwack will probably be teaching his last semester this coming spring. He will "be around," and he will "keep rocking," but I don't know if he will be teaching official courses after this Spring (so he said at his homecoming lecture this past Friday). I guess all the more reason to take it with him this coming term. Maybe I'll take it.

I've heard good things about music 26ac.

socio 3ac - i heard it's easy. if you're looking to get AC done asap and not looking for real content, it's recommended (according to a friend taking it right now)
anthro 2ac - lightfoot's teaching it this semester, but not next semester. i don't know if he'll continue to teach this class next year.
music 26ac - also heard good things about it
anthro 3ac - heard it's easy but quite boring
english 135ac - ultimate AC class for engineers. satisfies AC AND series requirement if you took an english-related R&C course. (even if it wasn't exactly English R1A you took for your R&C, as far as i know, you can petition to count it as a series if the subject matter is closely related [says my advisor]. so i'm guessing college writing, comp lit, rhetoric should be ok, but don't trust my words cuz i'm not sure myself)

Soc 3AC with Brian Powers is pretty terrible, so watch out.

Ethnic Studies 21ac with prof robertson is very good. a mix of sociology/anthro/poli sci/race studies... took it last year, but this prof was great and i believe she said she teachers it every semester, or tries to. we also had the opportunity to watch some very interesting documentaries.

how hard is 135ac? what's the workload like because i'm really considering it

Has anyone had experience with that AC architecture class. Its something about the cultural influence of buildings.

you know how physics 10 is physics for athletes? well eng 135 ac is eng for engineers - says a friend

physics 10 is physics for future presidents, it's f***ing amazing, i love it, i recomend it to everyone.

Agreed, but it's not an AC course (there's no reason it should be). :)
