Best ACT and SAT English Books

I just took a practice ACT Exam without studying and did fairly well. I scored a 32 in Math, 30 in Reading, and 31 in Science. My low point was definitely English which I scored a 23 on. (Composite Score was a 29) Also, the subscore in the reading section, the arts and literature section, I got a 13 out of 18. I also got a 480 this past fall on the Writing component of the PSAT so obviously my writing skills must be improved. What are the best books/prep services out there that will fine tune my writing skills? And while I’m asking, what are some of the best books/prep services/study skills for the reading component of both the SAT and ACT, specifically the Arts/Literature Section?

Thanks!

I got a 34 on the ACT English after 2 months of working in the Princeton Review ACT book. I’m not sure if it will be the absolute best fit for you, but it worked for me  If you have notes from prior English classes, it’s a good idea to look over those. Obviously you did an awesome job on the other parts, so don’t worry too much on those. Good luck!

I have an english review sheet that got my 23 up to a 34 (english) if u want it.
