Best ACT Prep by Subject

Hey guys!
I took the ACT back in February and got a 32 composite (Math & Science 34, English 30, Reading 29) I haven’t done any prep yet and I’m looking to score 34/35. Has anyone dramatically increased either their English or reading score ? Or has scored >32 and can tell me what books they used? I’ve heard so many different opinions like Princeton review for English but I’ve also heard that the Erica Meltzer book is good.
Any response is appreciated. Thank you

I really liked the Meltzer book for English, but the best way to prepare for that section is to just read (it’ll improve your appreciation for grammar rules and stuff will start to “sound right”). The reading test is more about timing than anything. If your science score is that I don’t see why your reading wouldn’t be as they test similar concepts. I would say official practice tests and then scrutinizing mistakes is the best way to help with the reading. Prepscholar guides by subject (especially to get a 36) really helped my prep (went from a 29 to a 36 from 8th to 9th grade in the reading). Feel free to ask me any questions.
