Best AP Subjects to Self-Study??

Long story short: My school doesn't offer many AP courses :(... but I have a lot of summer time on my hands and want to do something useful with it.
I'm taking AP courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language and Calculus AB.

I need to self-study World History as my school doesn't offer World History in high school (and it is needed for the majority of universities in the US).
As a rising junior, would it be easy to get a least a 4 on AP World History? Or should I just take the subject test?

I'm also definitely going to study AP Psychology. Sciences are easy for me to study so I shouldn't have problems with it.

What other subjects are easy to self-study? I'm fairly good at taking in new information quickly, but I want to know what subjects would be the easiest to ace.

Thanks in advance!! :D Have a cookie!

Word of advice, I took AP World in school this year and it is A LOT of information and a lot of comparaing and analyzing. If you are not a history person, I advise against self studying world history. Psychology should be pretty easy. I mself am self studying AP Comparative Government and am using Ethel Woods 4th edition (it is an amazing book) It is fairly easy. GOOD LUCK!

I self-studied AP Psych this year and it was easy so that should be a good one to do.

I don’t know if World History is required for a lot of colleges. Where’d you hear that?

Thanks guys! I would still like to study history, but I’m afraid it’ll get in the way of my other studies if it’s as hard as you say.

@schachwhiz: Well, since I’m an international student, I thought it’d be smart to look up what courses I needed to get into my top universities (NYU, Columbia, UPenn). On collegeboards, there is this option where you can find out what are the minimum requirements for certain universities, and you are required to take at least 3 years of history. Since I’m an international student, they will probably take my available courses into consideration and not hold it against me. My school doesn’t offer history from sophomore year and beyond, because Religious Studies, Arabic, AP Calculus, and AP English are imperative. But I’d still like to show universities that I had enough interest to meet the minimum requirements, you know?

Also, is AP Comp Gov easy to self study? It seems pretty interesting and fairly easy…
And any other thoughts on self-studying World History??
