Currently I'm taking AP bio and next year I'm planning to take AP Calc BC, AP Stats, and AP Physics. (I'm more towards Cognitive, behavioral, and computational neuroscience) AP Psyc. is only offered as a VHS program and it's not even a class. Is it necessary for me to take AP Chemistry? I'm not sure how important the chemistry of the class is important in majoring for neuroscience.

There’s a lot of chemistry in neuroscience, if you want to study the mechanisms behind the cognitive functions and whatnot. You might want to take it, it might be useful in some classes in college. I’m taking it right now and it helps a great deal in my research on glial cells.

So is there any use of AP physics then?

There’s some sort of use in E&M because of brain imaging techniques but I dont really see how mechanics would help. Since it “not a real class” I think you should take chem.
