I'm a rising junior and will be taking apush. For future reference, what would be the most helpful review book prior to the ap exam? Or any studying techniques in general that helped. Any info will be much appreciated.

AMSCO is amazing.

^^Agreed. AMSCO is the best. I also found Crash Course great for last-minute studying, and just going over stuff. It’s also great for going “Oh wait, I don’t remember that,” so you can go look it up in AMSCO or your textbook or something.

I don’t know how you categorize a review. But I actually did AP Chemistry in 5 days (review), Calculus BC in 20, Physics C Mechanics in 1 (review) from Barron’s, and I got a perfect score. I’d prefer Barron’s, but having tried no other, I’d not compare.
