Some of my main choices for college right now are NYU, Brandeis, BU, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell. Which of these schools have the best bio programs? Right now, my sat score is 2040, 1340 out of 1600, and a 95.14 gpa. I plan on getting at least a 2100, hopefully 2200, on my next try and over a 1400. Which colleges do I have the best chance to get in to and what other colleges should I consider?

I think that Johns Hopkins and Cornell are probably the best for bio/pre-med of the schools you have listed. I’m not sure as to what your chances of admission are for either of them because you have listed relatively little about your accomplishments/stats, but it can’t hurt to apply! Good luck throughout your college process! :)

I hear Brandeis and BU also have very solid programs, and I really like the idea of living in the boston area for a few years. NYU and BU are very similar schools so I’d rather go to BU since I like the area. I’m not sure what I want to do yet, but Brandeis and BU are very appealing because they are good schools in a very nice area.

Pitt is very good also. Best of luck!
