Best BMAT Preparation?

<p>I know that I have an identical thread posted in the multiple-degree area, but it occured to me that I had inappropriately categorised the question; most people here are Americans.</p>

<p>So, to all you Brits:
What are the best tools that you have found for your BMAT preparation? How much prepping did you do, and has it paid off?</p>
