I don’t even remember how I got it. It is saved in a word document… I think my friend had a copy and gave it to me. He also had “top fifty high schools in Canada” and schools based directly on Harvard Yale Princeton placement.

oh I’m wondering when the 2009 results would be out,

I don’t know, yet.

principal, your info is old.

Andover is #1 for Ivy + Stanford MIT placement.

No, not all schools have released data. No way would there be such a jump in one year. Until now these stats have remained consistent.

About 5 months ago, I bought prepreview ranking list and in terms of IVY + Stanford MIT placement…

SPS 34%

Deerfield 32%

Milton 32%

Exeter and Andover were both ranked 6th (29%)… But remember, Exeter and Andover have over 1000 students each. 29% is a very good number considering the size of the school. So to all the Exeter and Andover fans out there, relax.

I’m going to Deerfield by the way. :D

"Until now these stats have remained consistent. "

PPV, haven’t we discussed this topic extensively in another thread and through PM’s? I don’t want to say which school has a better number, because I don’t want to reinforce this wrong perception that somehow a few percentage points higher in ivy matriculation makes a school better than another. But to you, you know they haven’t been “consistent”. Being biased is one thing but knowingly lying about something is another.

Where is Andover’s matriculation. I don’t even know where you are getting the numbers from. Either way, whiz-kid just showed a replica of my list. Proof. Does this mean Andover is any worse? No… As a matter of fact it was one of my top choices, yet sending 1000 kids to top colleges is harder than sending 500-700 kids to top colleges.

yah whiz, that crap is from like 2007.

PPV, this is not about Andover or any other school. It is about you know something is wrong and are still deliberately lying about it. Good luck with whatever you’ll do. I am through with you.

I am not arguing with you nor am I lying.
It is not like I am arguing with you. It is as if you feel a sacred duty to defend your school… Why would I lie. I have numerous times over accepted that Andover is the most financially flexible. Andover has the best commons. Andover this. Andover that.

whizkid, who was 4 and 5?
Also I was told some schools do not supply data, so of course they are not ranked.

Andover is like five, I think.

Groton was 4th and Middlesex was 5th. Andover and Exeter were tied for 6th.

All of you need, and I mean this in the nicest way, a lot of help.

A lot…

ridiculous.

Preppy, thank you for that post. I do not even know what you are responding to…

FIF, even me!!!

professional help.

Do it tomorrow.

lol.(10char)

Hey guys, actually, I think that it’s really difficult to rank these excellent schools. I mean the difference between each rank is only 1 or 2 percent in terms of IVY + Stanford MIT. Big deal! IVY matriculation doesn’t mean everything too. Some people even decline offers to IVY league universities for other non-IVY-MIT-Stanford universities.

HADES + Groton + Milton + Middlesex + Lawrenceville + Choate, etc… are all excellent schools. I’ll be glad to enroll in any of these schools.
